Kim joined the Tandem team in May 2024 as Marketing and Sales Advisor. With over two decades of professional experience, Kim has excelled in marketing and sales for 19 years and has also has extensive experience in operations, leadership, customer service and training. Her passion lies in working with seniors, honed through years of managing continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) at Forefront Living and Parkway Village. Recognized as a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven leader, Kim is known for her innovative problem-solving skills. She has a proven track record of fostering growth through strategic initiatives and fostering strong relationships. Kim is a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a competitive spirit. Her genuine respect and affection for her team, colleagues, and clients shine through in her interactions. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
