Tandem Senior Living Advisors has partnered with Cincinnati’s Bayley Senior Care. Bayley intends to build a satellite community called Bayley at Green Township. Bayley is sponsored by the ministry of the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati.

The new community, Bayley at Green Township, will feature 80 independent living apartments with under building parking, a dining venue, chapel, fitness center, conservatory with a lounge area, a multi-purpose room for movies, card games, lectures, book clubs, Catholic masses as well as nondenominational worship services.

The apartment choices include one bedroom, one bedroom with a den, and two-bedroom, two-bath styles. Residents of Bayley at Green Township will have priority access to assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing, as well as rehabilitation services offered at Bayley.  

Tandem Senior Living Advisors is providing Strategic Marketing, Sales Management and Creative Services support for-the new community. Construction is set to begin this month - in 2022. Residences are expected to be move-in ready by late 2023.
