Tandem Senior Living Advisors is pleased to announce the promotion of several key team members. These strategic advancements within the company aim to further enhance Tandem's creative and marketing/sales endeavors as it continues to innovate and provide unparalleled services to its clients.

David Caudle, formerly the Executive Creative Director, has been appointed Chief Creative Officer. With his extensive experience in design and strategic leadership, he will play a pivotal role in shaping our creative vision and fostering collaboration within the Creative Services team and with our clients. David has been a partner at Tandem since 2022.

Will Kieffer has been promoted to the position of Director of Strategic Marketing. Will's exceptional skills in marketing and sales strategy development and execution make him well-suited to lead Tandem's clients in their marketing and sales efforts.

Tracy Sainte Marie has been promoted to the role of Creative Director. Tracy's extensive experience in senior living marketing and keen eye for design will continue to elevate Tandem's creative output and ensure consistency across all client projects.

Sharon Kester has been appointed Art Director, leveraging her visual communication and design expertise to guide Tandem's artistic direction and maintain client brand integrity.

Hamid Sharifi has been promoted to Lead Web Developer. In his new role, Hamid will spearhead the development of cutting-edge web solutions to support Tandem's digital initiatives and optimize the user experience for our clients.

‍Amber Apple has been promoted to Digital Marketing Manager, overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance the client’s online presence and engagement with key stakeholders.
