Tandem Senior Living Advisors has partnered with Charlotte’s Aldersgate Life Plan Services who brings more than 70 years of experience to a new community called Generations at Shalom Park. Tandem has shared previous success with Aldersgate on an expansion at its Shamrock campus.

Generations at Shalom Park will feature 125 independent living apartments with under building parking, a large clubhouse with four dining venues and additional fitness and activity spaces, a salon and spa, a meditation room, extensive walking paths and dog park.

Thanks to the proximity to the Levine Jewish Community Center, Generations residents will also enjoy access to a ceramic studio, music practice rooms, select live performances, fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis, and pickleball.

There are multiple floor plans to choose from including one bedroom, one and a half bath with a study, and two-bedroom, two-bath styles.

Residents will have the ability to age-in-residence through the thoughtful apartment designs and the home care services provided through Aldersgate at Home. Generations will also have 16 private suites for Memory support.

Priority access for skilled nursing, as well as rehabilitation services will be offered at Aldersgate.

Tandem Senior Living Advisors is providing Strategic Marketing and Sales Management support for the new community. Construction is expected to begin this year and residences are expected to be move-in ready by late 2024.
