Tandem Senior Living Advisors’ client and partner, Carsins Run at Eva Mar in Bel Air, Maryland, had a successful 2-day Oktoberfest event for prospective residents of its Life Plan Community. About 100 people attended to learn more about the 137 independent living apartments being pre-sold.  

The community, with a planned opening in mid-2023, also will have 32 assisted living, 12 memory care and 12 comprehensive nursing suites. Tandem Senior Living Advisors is providing marketing, sales and development services to Carsins Run.
