We are pleased to announce that David Caudle, Executive Creative Director of Tandem Senior Living Advisors, has been promoted to Partner.

Tandem offers strategic marketing, sales management, and creative services to senior living communities across the country. Tandem is also the parent company of Holleran Consulting, a top community engagement research and consulting firm specializing in resident and employee surveys for senior living.

David joined Spectrum Consultants in 2019 and was instrumental in helping to launch the rebranding of Spectrum to Tandem Senior Living Advisors. He also serves as the lead for all creative direction that Tandem provides its clients.
